Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Executive to support our day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of office management tools, and hands-on experience with Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office activities and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle documentation, record-keeping, and filing of office-related data.
Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
Manage accounts and financial entries in Tally.
Assist in correspondence through phone calls, emails, and letters.
Coordinate with team members and provide administrative support.
Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Masters degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
Salary: Under 20k
