Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Executive to support our day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of office management tools, and hands-on experience with Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Manage daily office activities and ensure smooth workflow.
€¢ Handle documentation, record-keeping, and filing of office-related data.
€¢ Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
€¢ Manage accounts and financial entries in Tally.
€¢ Assist in correspondence through phone calls, emails, and letters.
€¢ Coordinate with team members and provide administrative support.
€¢ Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
€¢ Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word.
€¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
€¢ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
€¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
€¢ Master€™s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
€¢ Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
