Experience of Front Office Executive/Receptionist
To handle the front office and admin department
Should be presentable ,pleasing personality ,smartworker ,polite & sincere
Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them appropriately.
Attending Visitors and maintaining their records
Coordinating with Clients/Vendors as per requirement coming
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
Maintaining the Attendance Register.
Maintaining the Office Records and Documentation.
Taking care of employees Visiting Card.
Taking care of services as per AMC, Office maintenance.
Taking care of Stationery Issued Records.
Making Travel Arrangements.
Booking air tickets ,hotels.
Knowledge in MS office

Salary 2 Lac To 5 Lac P.A.
Industry Front Office / Executive Assistant / Data Entry
Work Experience 1 - 5 Years
Qualification Other Bachelor Degree
