Job Description

Execute the DMS roll out program at the dealership as per the plan.
Provide the post implementation support to the dealership team.
Provide support to the calls from the dealership.
Coordinate with the helpdesk management team.
Track the feedback from various sources like dealership, field team. Incorporate the approved feedback in DMS.
Support the master data maintenance activity
Coordinate and conduct periodic audit at the dealership to check the system usage levels on various parameters.
Generate MIS reports and feedback as per the requirement of the team.
Test the software for all the new developments and modifications before deploying to the field.
Coordination with functional support team to ensure timely delivery of new requirements.
Support for preparation of data flow diagram and flow chart for new developments
Monitoring and resolution of all technical issues
Testing and end user support for new software development
Feasibility study for all new user requirements
Preparation of as-is and to-be documents.
System analysis and design
Training to all end users
Preparation of business blue print
Integration with SAP and other business applications.
Preparation of functional documents and user manuals.
Coordination and support for new enhancements and developments
Month end support for Marketing Billing/Invoicing

Salary 1 Lac To 3 Lac P.A.

Qualification Other Bachelor Degree
