Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
• Role involves providing support to our clients as and when needed.
• Provide high-touch operational support for Exium Cloud service
• Help customers resolve issues with Exium services and troubleshoot issues with connectivity and performance.
• Validate and test customer configurations in portal
• Write workflow automation to improve the customer experience.
• Prepare daily Reports on over service/network performance
• Monitor Exium Cloud service Alarms and escalate to next level
• Responsible to provide timely and effective resolutions to the customer tickets.
• Responsible to Interact with Dev Team to coordinate the customer tickets.
• Responsible to update the Open tickets on daily basis.


Desired Candidate Profile
• Familiarity with Google, AWS or Azure Clouds (Any Cloud)
• JIAR service management, service now any Other ticketing systems
• Knowledge on Linux and Windows
• Python automation script knowledge will be plus
• Familiarity with Elastic search kind of framework
• Knowledge on Security aspects
