Desktop & Laptop & Network Support Engineer


SLA Management/ Ticketing tool systems
Assigned call attendance & report to helpdesk with closer details.
Escalate to senior level if problem beyond scope.
AD, DHCP, DNS, Dora Process - Basic
Certification/Course : Hardware and Networking
Good English Communication.
Basically he will be responsible for Desktop/Laptop activity,
Operating system related problems.
Mail application like outlook express
Monitoring & assigning calls to L1 engineers.
Install, Configure & maintain e-mail clients remotely
Installation and configuration of Client OS physically on client machine or using any third party tool
Perform Desktop Backup and Restore activities (Client level).
Testing of computers and ensuring that computer systems are functioning properly.
Grade : L2
Client level antivirus management.
All escalations from Desktop L1/Sr. L1.
Troubleshoot escalated issues of operating systems (Windows XP, Windows 7 etc.)
Deploy Patches approved by Server Team for Client Workstations

Experience 0 - 3 Years
Salary 1 Lac 75 Thousand To 2 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
