Who are we looking for?
This role would be part of the B2B Pre Sales / Post sales / Business Development function for clients. He/she would drive the new customer acquisition, tender process and follow_ups, customer relationship management, Operations & reporting.
What should you do?
• Thorough focus on business development and handling projects with the help of Project Dealers and Sales Team
• Responsible for Liaisoning, relationship building with Key Accounts (Institutions, Builders, Contractors, Interior Designers and Architects, Government organizations, MNC) for business development and Sales.
• Responsible for developing new project in related areas, Identify the people associated with projects for supply, technical work, sub-contracting etc. by discussing at length Company's working/ Policies/ modalities/ benefits, etc
• Make presentation and convincing customers for the closure of deals.
• Responsible for finalizing and monitoring the project deals in assigned area, being followed by the team.
• Providing prompt and satisfactory after-sales service with the co-operation of customer care team.
• Organizing promotional activities like Architect meets, Technical meet for builders, Technical seminar for sourcing and attracting people for projects , Techno-commercial sales programmes for clients
• Planning and organizing regular service camps to major project/corporate groups periodically in co-ordination with Customer Care head, which helps in building longstanding relationship with the client.
• To maintain and develop the clientele base by keeping a regular check on the existing groups and new project customers added and bring them into our fold.
