• Research target market
• Drafting of franchise proposals & agreements by analyzing brands functional & business requirements, negotiations, and closing the deals
• Identifying the potential locations in the designated zone for franchise development
• Identifying channels for franchise development
• Charting out the roadmap, developing the marketing strategy for franchisee development
• Identifying potential brands to be added to the group portfolio.
• Maintaining and continuous follow up of with brands for conversion
• Ability to expand the current Ayurvedic company by converting potential leads into franchisees
• Established a network of relevant contacts Investors
• Developing, monitoring Sales plans and controlling budgets for Franchisee Partners to ensure optimum performance and achieve the sales objectives for the company.
• Should be able to prepare Business Plans, Franchise Manual, Training Program, Feasibility.
• Lead & manage the negotiation process including commercial & legal aspects
