Job Description

• Client Service through emails, phone and e-services.
• Help to resolve client’s query related to different verifications like Employment, Education and Criminal & Reference Checks.
• Ensure timely and accurate report delivery at defined productivity levels.
• Execute issue /query resolution and ensure proper documentation & follow-up.
• Ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Identify, share and support operational improvements.
• Documentation
• Client Relation Management
• Portal Updation
• Coordinating between Vendors & Clients
• Responsible for work in the absence of Vendors(when the vendors are on leave)
• Vendor Management
• Following up with vendors by mail.
• Completing reports.

Salary 1 Lac 25 Thousand To 2 Lac P.A.

Work Experience 0 - 2 Years
Qualification Other Bachelor Degree
