Carry out the advance level of troubleshooting on AWS/GCP
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in an efficient manner while adhering to proper escalation and change control procedures. Perform incident response and assures services resolution for Cloud systems, create and maintain relevant Cloud systems documentation and user guides.
Configure monitoring systems and diagnose the cause of alerts and remediate issues, interact with external technology vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
Work in a 24 X 7 Environment (NOC).
Extend technical support to Clients over email and phone.
Responsible for the uptime of the various client projects being managed / monitored.
Ensure that all the tickets raised / in bucket is worked upon, updated, closed as per SLA and if not escalate as per the escalation Matrix defined.
Shift report generation on daily issues handled / escalated in the form of Daily reports.
Work on the change request and new Installations / deployments
RCA preparation and meeting SLA for RCA submission
Vendor Call log & follow up
Primary Skills (Must have) In depth/Hands on knowledge of AWS or GCP
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving infrastructure issues in AWS/GCP Cloud, performing infrastructure procedures such as managing network connectivity, creating scripts to provision resources and manage accounts, creating/maintaining AMIs automatically and documenting operational procedures. Working closely with feasibility, Architecture, Security and other Operations teams to complete assignments
Hands-on knowledge on Containerization (Docker) and Container orchestration platforms (Preferably Kubernetes), Kubernetes clusters, Pods, Containers etc
In-depth knowledge on most of the below AWS Services:S3, Lambda, EC2, VPC, SQS, Cognito, IAM, WAF, Route 53, CloudFront, CloudWatch, Load Balancer, Transit-Gateway, Storage-Gateway, Security-Group,
